Since June 2017, each Humble Choice / Monthly subscriber has access to the Humble Trove. It includes a variety of DRM-free games (no Steam). You can download any game as long as your subscription is active. New games are added every second Friday of the month.

Finally, the last games are added on the top of the chart.I'm not sure what you mean when you say you don't know if you got Tacoma from the Trove or not. It's a DRM-free download, so I guess you already "have" it if the installer is present on your computer. When you're not subbed, you don't have access anymore to all the games in the Trove, not just the new ones.
